This workshop is an opportunity for just that and to allow you to boost your wellbeing for the year ahead.

Travelling through the menopause transition can be challenging. This workshop will emphasise restful, calming and rejuvenating yoga, as well as discovering how and which yoga postures can help you to manage menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes, mood swings, anxiety and depression. We will also look at how you can maintain and improve bone density and muscle mass.

By grounding our practice in a restorative Hatha flow, we will practice a mixture of sun salutes, pranayama breathing and restorative poses that will allow us to unwind.

As we go further in to our practice, we will focus on specific postures to alleviate key menopausal symptoms, then end with a ‘yogic sleep’ and intention setting to help you create a positive mindset for the year ahead.

Please bring a blanket and a pillow. Yoga mats will be provided if you need one.
Beginners are welcome. You don’t have to be flexible to do this.
